We obtain much of the information through Legajos Electrónicos Dinámicos® (Dynamic Electronic Files), a proprietary system developed to collect and validate documentation in a secure, structured, and traceable way. During the onboarding process, each organization defines the forms, documents, and evaluation criteria that their counterparties, suppliers, or related entities must complete. Everything is managed within a protected environment, which guarantees data integrity, information confidentiality, and the traceability of every action. Electronic files are reviewed and validated by Fidelitas specialists, who verify compliance with the requirements established by each client. Based on this information, the LED® platform consolidates data, calculates risk scores, and generates dynamic reports adapted to the hierarchical levels and permissions defined within each organization.

Fidelitas Scoring, the intelligent score that turns data into trust

The Fidelitas platform incorporates a proprietary AI-driven scoring system that evaluates the integral risk of individuals or companies based on public and/or documentary information.

Each profile generates a Fidelitas report with financial, corporate, judicial, and reputational data, among others, which are integrated into a dynamic score.

This score can be configured specifically for each client, adjusting criteria according to their risk policy, or use Fidelitas' standard methodology, developed with statistical and regulatory criteria.
