General operation of the LED platform

LED® (Legajos Electrónicos Dinámicos® / Dynamic Electronic Files) is Fidelitas' online platform for comprehensive third-party risk management. It allows centralizing financial, legal, corporate, reputational, and documentary information of clients, suppliers, and other counterparties, facilitating continuous monitoring, early alert detection, and evidence-based decision-making.

The LED® platform is completely modular. Each organization can hire only the modules it needs (Procurement, Clients, Imperium, Corporate Governance, Audit, among others) and scale functionalities as their processes evolve.

Yes. Risk scores and evaluation criteria are fully configurable. Fidelitas allows adjusting weightings, thresholds, and rules according to each client's risk policy, with artificial intelligence assistance to improve analysis precision.

Yes. The platform allows managing multiple areas, subsidiaries, companies, or business units, assigning roles, permissions, and visibility according to each user's profile.

Reports, Dossiers, and analysis services

The Credit Report is a standardized, agile, and quantitative report, focused on the financial, legal, and credit evaluation of a counterparty, with a dynamic score.
The Due Diligence Dossier is a deep investigation report, manually elaborated by senior analysts, incorporating contextual, reputational, and corporate analysis and strategic recommendations for high-impact decisions.

Yes. Fidelitas offers International Credit Reports and International Due Diligence Dossiers, that allow evaluating persons and companies in multiple jurisdictions, incorporating regulatory compliance analysis, corporate structure, legal background, and global reputational risks.

No. Due to security and compliance policies (ISO 27001 and ISO 27018), reports are not sent as email attachments. All information is available within the platform, where authorized users can view or download the reports in PDF format.

Information, data updates, Screening, Oversight, Audit, and Compliance

The LED® platform integrates with multiple official sources and local and international databases. Information is automatically updated upon any relevant change and is complemented by validations performed by the Fidelitas analyst team.

Yes. All information is obtained from official sources, public records, and specialized databases, and is validated through automatic processes and expert analysis, ensuring precision, consistency, and traceability.

It is a service that allows identifying direct or indirect links between employees, suppliers, and third parties, detecting undeclared relationships, atypical behaviors, and possible incompatibilities that may represent operational, ethical, or reputational risks.

Fidecheck is oriented towards the reputational assessment of natural and legal persons, through the analysis of international lists, PEP, sensitive backgrounds, and relevant links.
Screening, on the other hand, focuses on the cross-referencing of relationships between actors within the organization's ecosystem.

Oversight is recommended in sensitive processes where independent supervision is required, such as tenders, relevant contracts, or institutional evaluations, to ensure transparency, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Yes. The Audit Module can be implemented independently to document, manage, and audit internal processes, even without using other platform modules.

Yes. The platform allows generating formal, traceable, and auditable reports, ready to be presented to internal or external audits or regulatory bodies.

APIs and integrations

Fidelitas offers Identity Validation, Commercial Reports, Fidecheck, and Access Control APIs, allowing risk intelligence to be integrated directly into proprietary systems, ERPs, CRMs, or corporate platforms.

Yes. All APIs operate under the same security, traceability, and compliance standards as the LED® platform, including ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certifications.

Imperium, contractors, and access

Imperium is the Fidelitas LED® module for the comprehensive control of contractors, employees, and vehicles, based on document management, access control, and continuous compliance monitoring.

If you have a username and password, you can log in from the site's main login. If you do not have an assigned user, you will receive an email with a link to access the electronic file to complete the required documentation.

Yes. The system has an offline mode, allowing access and permissions to be validated even without connectivity, synchronizing information when the connection is restored.

Security, access, and support

Information is managed under international security standards. Fidelitas holds ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certifications, continuous monitoring, data encryption, dedicated firewalls, and off-site backups.
